A Western pad that is great for a variety disciplines, from weekend trail riders, competitive performance riders to working cowboys.

A very dense, yet extremely light weight pad that will provide a great deal of protection for even the most sensitive of horse's backs. Wool Felt/Foam Sandwich Pad is a great durable working pad and is 1 inch thick and finished with cut back for wither relief and wear leathers with girth cutout. Made from 1/4 layers of high quality, soft, dense felt are bonded to a 1/4 rubberized core.
The cut back measures 10 in length and 2 in depth. Over the spine there is 1, 7 inch x 1 inch hole and 5, 1 inch round holes cut through the pad to promote circulation of air. The wear leathers are of an extremely durable synthetic material. These are 24 in length and are 4 1/2 wide. At the front edge of the pad where the wear patches begin, the patches are 6inches. There is a slightly tapering 4 1/2 x 3 cut out for the cinch on either side under the wear leathers.
