Horse Tack Co. Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders

  • In stock items are shipped from our warehouse in New Holland, Pennsylvania. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday within 24-48 hours of order receipt.  We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or on Federal Business Holidays. At certain times of the year (the Christmas Holiday, Show Season), or circumstances beyond our control (a Pandemic) our order volume may be higher than normal, which will affect shipping times. If you have a question about our current shipping time, or your order, please call us at  866-624-8225.

  • Back order items are temporarily out of stock, but available for purchase on our website. You will be notified via email when you may expect your back order to be shipped. 

  • Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS Ground, or USPS. FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO boxes, so will be shipped via USPS in this case.  However, to get your order shipped in a timely matter, it is always best to provide a physical delivery address.  (Use the comments box on your order if you have a preference.) Tracking information will be available and emailed when your package is ready for shipment.  Please provide a valid email address and phone number to receive updates on your order. HorseTackCo is not responsible for packages/product being damaged after it leaves our facility.

  • Express shipping is available at an extra charge, and guaranteed to arrive in 1-3 business days depending on location, and desired express shipping service. This option is not listed on our website, but is available.  Please call if your are interested in this service, so we can provide you with a shipping rate. Please note: express shipping is the number of days in transit, and does not include processing time in our warehouse.

  • Oversize, heavy, and bulky items cost more to ship due to overall size and/or weight. Therefore, you will be charged FOB when you check out. “FOB” (Freight on Buyer) means that you will pay the actual shipping costs rather than the standard shipping rates listed.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.  You will be charged your International shipping rate based on your Country's Zone during checkout.  Please be aware that your country may charge you for additional freight, tax, or duty when your package arrives. This expense is not covered in the price you pay for shipping on our Horse Tack Co website, therefore must be paid by you, the buyer.

Domestic and International Orders

Once a package leaves our facilities, we are not liable for damage done to the products in transit. Please contact the shipping company your package was shipped with for information on lost packages, we are not responsible for delays in transit once the shipping company has picked up the package from our facilities.
