Cribbing or Cribber

by Jordan Manfredi
A horse that bites or sets it's teeth against something and "sucks" wind while arching it's neck. This usually will result in an animal being a poor keeper and possible one that is prone to colic or has stomach ulcers. Chewing wood does not necessarily mean that the horse is a cribber.
